Bio
Gary Tanchak, DC is a Chiropractor that takes a comprehensive approach to spinal and extremity injuries. He takes the entire body’s biomechanics as well as lifestyle into account when addressing injury, in order to help rid the patient of their pain and keep it from coming back in the future. Dr. Tanchak addresses patient’s injuries through a combination of passive modalities, such as spinal and extremity manipulations, Active Release Technique, and non-surgical spinal decompression.
Dr. Tanchak is a Chiropractor from the United States that has recently relocated to Wrocław, Poland. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose, California, the original Chiropractic school in the world.
After graduating and before moving to Poland, he worked for Apple, treating the employees of the company on their campus in Silicon Valley. Due to his time at Apple, Dr. Gary is especially passionate about treating desk workers. He is very familiar with the aches and pains associated with it and how to treat them.
While growing up in New Jersey, Dr. Tanchak was extremely active and enjoyed skateboarding, surfing and playing lacrosse, all of which were activities that occasionally resulted in minor injuries. To maintain this lifestyle, he regularly saw a Chiropractor, and through this experience, a spark to help others with their injuries was ignited in him. He now carries that with him into all of his treatments.
